These terms apply to the Android app "JZ Browser - Lite, Fast & Safe" (com.jz.browser), made by MD Jihad Mia (developer name "JZme"), Bangladesh. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The app
JZ Browser is a web browser. It lets you open websites, manage tabs, bookmarks and history, block ads, and download files. Some features are free and some are part of JZ Premium.
2. Your use of the app
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and follow the laws of your country.
- You are responsible for the websites you visit and the files you download. Only download content you have the right to download. Respect copyright and the terms of other websites.
- Don't try to break, copy, reverse engineer, modify or crack the app or JZ Premium, or get paid features without paying.
3. Other websites
Websites you open in JZ Browser belong to other people. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, products, safety or privacy practices.
4. JZ Premium
- JZ Premium is an optional paid subscription sold through Google Play. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you buy.
- New customers may get a free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the Google Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play under Google Play's own policies.
- We may change, add or remove Premium features. If a change takes away a main paid feature, we will tell you in the app.
5. Privacy
How the app handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy, linked on the app's Google Play page. Your browsing history, bookmarks and saved passwords are stored on your device.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, safe and working, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors, that every website or download will work, or that the ad blocker will block everything.
7. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the app, websites you visit, or files you download. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be changed by contract.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or any feature at any time. If you break these terms, we may stop your access to Premium.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
